Q: How to build a signal-blocking case for phones and keys?

Looking for something to stop cell, BT, wifi from emanating… need it to house phone and keys. I’ll build one and pull out the old PR200 to see how it works

Prefer to because 1)I’m cheap and 2) I’ll learn something

How big?

This is an older video by Arthur Bradley, a NASA scientist well known for EMP research. You can upscale or downscale the concept as required.

This video has the conductive gasket: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Cbw-PaW3zI

You can get the conductive gaskets and Faraday bags from DigiKey.

This is what I was thinking about https://www.amazon.com/Faraday-Fabric-Military-Protection-Nickel/dp/B0C2D1R8CS/
You could line a box or something. Or a bag, or pillow case. I would line my hat with it :joy:

tbh, metal box and remove batteries if able. its not that crazy. want a bag? tight metal/copper mesh lined bag. All it does is scatter the RF
